Stowe Neal is representicg the Aun Arbor High .School at the conventiou of tbe InterHigh School Athletic Associatiou at Lansing, today. Mr. Neal ban been iustructed to ask that tbe meet for this year be held at Ann Arbor. Mrs. Henry A. Kyer, of Seattle, Wash., who bas heeu visiting Mr. and Mrs. N. J. Kyer and family, returned home Saturday. She was accompanied by Miss May Kyer, wbo will ruake a j visit of a couple of months' duration with her brotber and sister. Mrs. Ed. H. Eberbach entertained the Delta Tau Delta frateruity with a cbarming dancing party at Nickels' hall Thursday eveuiug of last week, 15 oouples being present. Mrs. D. Al. Tyler furnished beautiful music for the occasion from au apparently endless repertoire of bright and eparkling dance music played in the best of time. Prof. E. F. Johnson was one of President McKinley's party to Washington, by special invitation of the president. The professor is an oíd personal friend of the president, and his many friends in Ann Arbor are of the opinión that he will be slated for sometbing good at the hand of the inooming administraron. " One of the society events of the seasou was the dancing party given by 12 bachelor professors of the U. of M. to the other rneinbers of the iaculty and their wives on Thorsday evening of last week at Graugoi's aeatfemy.
