He was urged to make fnrther investigation and the resnlt was that Wolfe was finally unearthed in tbe cellar where be had bid himself in a potato bin. among some potatoes. The outcome of tbe affair is that Mrs. Bberharc bas signed over to her busband a chattol mortgage she beid on the bakery on N. Main st. and gives him the oustody of tbeir only ohild. Wolfe also signed bis restaurant over to Eberhart. Mrs. Bberhart has gone to Toledo and Wolfe is tryiug to raise money to get out of town.
