Capt. Manly has called a third meeting of the citizens to consider charter amendments tor tliis evening at tlie court house. To change the time the treasurer shall nïake his aiontbly and annual reporta. 3d. To change the treasurer's office from a conomissioned to a salaried oLtice. 4th. To ehange the formation of the board of public works öth. To amend üection 137 by addiiig after the word "shall" unless other wist erdered by a two thirds vote of all the members-elect of the common council. 6th. Toextendthe time for paying the eity tax. 7th. To change the system of collecting sewer taxes, and the return thereof.
