Wm. Larkins, Ed. Lyons and Rupert Jones were taken into Justice Gibson's court yesterday to hear his decision as to whether they shall stand trial at the circuit court on supicion of having murdered James Richards, or whether they be discharged. The justice did not render his decision as the evidence taken March i) was not yet written up and the case was furthér adjourned until next Wednesday.
