Washington, Maren 16. - The Democratie members of the ways and means ommittee received their first official information on the new tarift bill Tuesday when the bill was considered at a secret session of the full committee. Chairman Dingley announced that he desired to report the bill to the house when it meets at noon Thursday. Mr. McMillin. Democrat of Tennessee, comrlained that thia plan would not give the Democrats suffleient time to analyze the measure and prepare a report.
