Sat Down On The Ordinance

A deoision was rendered in the cironit court yesterday by Judge Kinne which eÊfectnally disposes of the peddlers' ordiuance reoently passed by tbe counoil, in so far aa it applies to milk dealers at least. Xavier Lerg was arraigued in Jnstioe Gibson's court Satnrday for selling milk contrary to the ordinance and was fined $5 and $3.15 oosts. The case was carried to the circuit by mutual agreement, and was argned by City Attorney Kearoey for the city and Arthur Brown for the defendant. The judge propmtly dismissed the case after hearing the argumenta.
