A man narnea xneoaore immzDauer, believed to be crazy. was killed at Willis, March 2, by the mail train on the Wabash railroad He was a Germán about 25 years of age and as the train was approaohing the station deliberately stepped onto the track in front of the eugine, vvbioh struck him, breaking both legs, and throwing biru forward onto the piiot of the engiue. From there he was hurled into the ditch, a deep gash being ent in the side of his head and neck. Justice Blackmar impaneled a jury, who aftei viewing the remains and hearing the testimony in the case, exonerated the lailroad coinpany from all blame in the matter, as the engineer had blowu his wbistle tepeatedly, and stopped the train as soon as possible. The suicide bad no friends in this country, and had been stopping for a few weeks with Wm. Muer, two miles south and threefourths of a mile easfc of Willis.
