Chicago, March 30. - County Commissioner Nicholas Petrie feil over the rolling of the front steps of his residence, 266 North State street, at 1 o'clockTuesday morning, was dashed to the area below, and received injuries which resulted in his death half an hour later. Commissioner Petrie was elected one of the rnembers of the county board on the Republican ticket last November. He was 50 years old.
