Balümore, March 30. - Chairman Albert Mott of the L. A. W. racing board has announced the indefinite suspension from all L A. W. racing tracks oL James Michael, the Welsh crack. Michael is a member of the 'English Cycling association, and his suspension is the resuít of a request preferred by them, as he was under suspension in Kngland on account of some financial matters.
