Early Opening Of Navigation

Buffalo, N Y., Mareh 30.- There are indications of an eaily opening of navlgation at this port. The ice on the lake extends as far as the eye can reach, but it is veryrotten and the tug Grace Danforth had no difficulty in cutting through several miles of it Tuesday. The big passenger boat City of Buffalo of the Cleveland and Buffalo line is expected to arrive here the latter part of the week. I,ake men say she will have no difficulty in getting through the ice.
