Ou Satuiday rnoming E. G. Banghart, who lives near the Quaker churoh, in Angnsta townsbip, met with a paiafal accident whereby both legs were broken below the knees. He was driving along ou bis way home froni the Willis creamery and one of his neighbors was aooompanying bim. Wben he reacbed tlie neighbor's house the fellow jurnped down from the wagon, whicb frightened the borses and they started to tnu. Oue of the boards on the wagon box pressed up against the bauncbeB of one of the liorses and the team became nnmanageable. Mr. Banghart. in order to safe himself, jumped and both legs were broken below the knee. Dr. Batwell, of Ypsilanti. was summoned and set the fractured msmbers. Mr. Banghart â– will be laid np for sorne time with his injuries.
