Rome, April 20. - According to a dispatch to The Messagero from Athens, dated Tuesday, the forces of the Greeks and Turks in the fighting which has taken place in the Milouna pass total up 20,000 men. The dispatch adds that Crown Prince Cons-tantine has assumed supreme command of the Greek forces which will fight the Turks. It is also announced that King George of Greece lef t Athens for the frontier Tuesday.
