Mr. aud Mrs. Harry Kimble have been qaite ill with the rneasles. Miss Mary Buss, who bas been at Er. Idding's for a few weeks, is again at home. Bom - In Norvell, Tnesday, April 20, to Mr. and Mrs. Will Wolf, a danghter. Mrs. Mary Troop and obildren, of Milan, visited at Richard DuBoise's last week. Mrs. Pieper, of Clintou, has been visiting her danghter. Mrs. Henry Steinigeweg. Mr. and Mrs. Seckiuger, of Bridgawater, visited their danghter, Mrs. Henry Trolz, on Snnday. The sohool on Sharon Hill was closed last week becanse of thei prevalenoe of soarlet fever in the district. David DuBoise aud family havt-, reïuoved to Bridgewater, where they will reside npon the Avery farm. Will Sturrns, of Saline, and Miss Minnie Bauer, of Bridgewater, visited at Henry Trolz's on Fujday. John D. Pardee retnrned to Hillsdale last week, after spending the winter with his son, George D. Pardee. Charles A. Bnllard, of Wolf Lake, who is representing the Alpine Safe and Bicycle Co., was in tovvn last week. Mrs. Saiah DuBoise, who haa been very ill with lagrippe, is rapidly improvitig nnder the care of Dr. C. F. Kapp. Mr. and Mre. Elmer Logan and danghter Ethel have been ill with scarleü fever. They are doing well at present. Jacob Hauk, an esteemed resident of Sharon who has besm ill for some time, died on Snnday. He suffered froin an apoplectic stroke. A pleasanf home gathering was held at the resint m;e of George Bahnmiller, sr., last Su uay in honor of the birthday of Mr. B. 's son Will. Among those present wera Mr. and Mrs. Will Bahnmiller, Mr. and Mrs. Jasse Green, of Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. George Bahnmiller, jr., and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gramer.
