Constantinople, April 27.- The porte has announced that Greeks in the service of the eonsulates, hospitals, foreign rrissions, and pnptoffices may remain in Turkey, but that all others ran?t leave the country. The European cabinets are exchanging views with regard to the expediency of mediating between Turkey and Greece.
