Chicago Drainage Bill Passed

Springfield, Hls., May 4.- After acrimonious debate lasting over an hour the house Tuesday passed the drainage board's tax levy extensión bilí by a vote of 82 yeas to 39 nays. The measure also provides for swing bridges in acoordance with the compromise effected with the valley citizens.
