Mann Guardian of Ida Schaible, Catherine C Seh-ii' ble and Stephen Schaible, Minors, is co'm" plainant, and Gottlob Ilafer and Eupliemi Hafer are defendants. The above is the center line of said drain. Said job will be let by sections. The section at the outlet of the drain will be let first, and the remaining sections in their order up stream, in accoraance wlth the diagram now on file wlth the other papers pertaining to said drain, in the office of the Drain Comrnissioner to which reference niay be had by all parties interested. and bids will be made aml received accordingJy. Contraéis will be made with the lowest responsible bidder giving adequate seeurity tor the performance of the work, in a sum then and there to bo flxed by me, reserving to myself the rlght to reject any and all bids. The date for the completion of such contract, and the terms of payment therefor, shall be announced at the time and place of letting. Notice is further hereby given, that at the time and place of said letting, or at such other time and place thereaf ter to which I, the Draia Commissioner aforesaid, may ad.iourn the same, the assessments for benefils and the lands comprised with in the "Pittsfield No 1 Drain Special Assessment District," will be subject to review. At a seasion of the Probate Court for the Oounty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor. on Wednesday, the 21sL day of April, in the year one thousand eihl hundred and ninety-seven. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judgeof Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Anthony Gallagher, deceased. John Gallapher and James Gallagher the administrators de bonis non of said estáte, come into court and represent that they ate now prepartd to render their lln:il account as such administTators. Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday. the 16th day of May n6xt, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assiened lor exumining and allowing such account, and that the heirs atlaw of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a snssion of said court then to be holden at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, in said ccunty, and show cause, ií any there be, why the said account should not be allowed: And it is lurthei ordered that said administrators give notice to the persons interested in said estáte of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causiug a eopy of this order to be published in the An Akbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
