High School Oratorical League

A meeting of those interested in oratory was held in the high school Wednesday afternoon and the flrst step towards forming a Southern Michigan High Sohool Oratorical League was taken by the organization of a home associatiou. The meeting was under the direction of Prof. Truablood. The league will be composed of Ann Arbor, Detroit, Kalamazoo, Saginaw, Grand Rapids and Bay City high schools. The association adopted a coustitution which provides for an annual contest to cboose the orators that will represent the high school in the oontest of the league. Two prizes of $25 and $15 I will be awarded the winners.
