Grand Military Event

The City of Windsor, Ont., is to celébrate the Jubilee anniversary of the birthday of Her Majesty, Queen Viotoria, on May 24, in right royal style. The Queen's Own Rifles, of Toronto, one of the oldest and most favorably known Volunteer Oorps in Canada and the 21st Essex Fusiliers will take part.
