Washington, May 11. - The secretary of the treasury is informed of the arrival of 272 Chinamen at San Francisco to take part in the Nashville exposition. Of this number only twenty-one are needed to comply with the terms of the cor.tracts entered into by the exposition company and the remainder will be returned to China.
