State Sanitary Convention

The 43d sanitary oonvention held under the auspices of the state board of health will take place at Hanover, Jackson couuty, June 3 and 4. There wili be four sessions, at 3 and 8 p. rn. on the first day and at 2 :30 and 8 p. m. the seoond day. Everybody, especially ladies, are invited to attend the sessions. At eaoh session of the convention here will be addresses or papers on subjects of general interest pertaining to public health, each paper to be followed by a discnssion. The objects of the convention are the presentation of facts, the comparison of views, and the disoussion of practical methods relating to the prevention of sickness and deaths and the improvement of the conditions of living. It ia not a medical convention, but is for the people generally.
