Mr. Miohael Staebler, the well knowu coal aud agricultural implemeut dealer and proprietor of the American house, was married on Tuesday afternoon to Miss Kosa K. Paul at the oíd Paul hornestead in Scio township, three miles west of the city. The brief but impressive oeremony was perfonued by Rev. Johu Neumann in the presenue of their relatives aud friends. Mr. aud Mrs. Godfrey Paul acted as groomsman and bridesmaid respeotively. During the afternoou and eveniug fully 300 people were present at the house and tendered their hearty congratuiatious aud best wishes to Mr. aud Mis. Staebler. A sumptuous wedding dinner followed the . ceremony. During the evening the Lyra Maeunerchor weut out f rom the Ann Arbor and surprised the couple with a pleasaut serenade. A mandolín and guitar trio also gave some selections during the evening. On Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. Staebler left for a brief wedding trip and on their return will take up their abode at the American house. The Argus exteuds to Mr. and Mrs. Staebler its best wishes for their future happiness and prosperity.
