Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Bnrkhart spent Snnday at North Lake. The bicyole riders were all out Sunday enjoying tbe plea9ant day. Farm work is not progressing very fast on acconnt of the rainy weather. Mrs. Ivés, of Cbelsea, bas been spending a few days with Mrs. J. McLaren. The Grangers are niaking arrangements for a strawberry festival and literary entertaimnent. Mrs. O. O. Bnrkhart has bougbt the Ivés property in Chelsea bnt willuat move tbere untilfall. Mrs. Bertha Stephens and ohildren, of Ohelsea, spent Satnrday and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. E. Keyes.
