Washington, May 25.- Senator Cullom has introduced, by réquest, a bilí to amend the interstate commerce law. The bilí prescribes regulations for pooling, requiring that pooling contracts shall not extend beyond flve years and that tbey shall name the maximum and minimum rates to be charged, requiring the approval pf the interstate commerce commission before the agreements can become efïective. The bilí provides for a complete revisión of the interstate ccmmerce luw.
