The Third Now Open. The Pennsylvania Lines' new Twenty- third Street entrance to New York is now open. Two fine new ferry boats, double-deckers and constructed especially for the ■Twenty-third street line of the Pennsylvania System are in daily service. The new entrance gives the Pennsylvania three points in the heart of New York at whicb passengers over this route may reach that city, yiz: Oortlandt street, Desbrosses street and Twenty-tliird street.
