Richard Hamilton, of Lima, O., is a colored júnior dental student at the U. of 11., who is now in jail, charged with indeoent exposure, in default of bail in the sum of 300. The oftense was committed in the driving sheds of the Presbyterian ohuroh on S. División st., and was witnessed by a nuinber of ladies living on E. Washington st., who promptly notified the pólice department of it. Marsbal Sweet and Offlcer Armbruster at once went in search of the fellow. Prona some little boys who were playing ball they learned who he was, as hehadstopped and helped thein look for a lost baseball. The officers found out where he roomed and went there and arrested him. The ladies positively identified Hamilton, al thougb be had made a change in bis clothing. He made a pitiful exhibit as he tried to sqnirm out of the charge, but was utterlj unable to do so. He was taken before Jnstice Pond on Tuesday, waived examination, and was bound over to the next term of the circuit court, in 300 bail which he cannot give.
