Tetuan Will Not Resign

Madrid, June 8.- The Época, an official organ, says it does íiot deny the possibility of changes in the cabinet, adding-, however, that it is impossible for the Duke of Tetuan, the minister for foreign affairs, to resign, in view of the pcsition of the negotiations between Spain and the United States.
