Places For Illinois Men

Washington, June 29.- Mr. J. W. Roberts of Illinois, assistant chlef computer in the office of the supervising architect of the treasury, has been appointed superintendent of construction of the ■ United States poatofflce and court house ' building at San Francisco, and Mr. Lee Ullery of Illirtols, a computer in the same office, has been appointed superintendent of construction of the coinage mint building at Denver. These appointmenta are made under the civil service rules.
