At a session of the Probate Court tor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Weduesday, the 23rd day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven. On readin and the petition duly verifled, of Maria Barbara Kayer. praying that a certain instrument uow on file in this Court purportins to be the last will and testament or said deeeased, may be admitted to probate and that administration of said estáte mar be granted to herself, the executrix in said will tuimed, or tp some other suitable person.
