Miss Margaret Blosser went to Jackson, Saturday, for a visit. N. Scnmid and faruily drove to Ann Arbor Friday retnrning Monday. Miss Tillie Naumann is visiting friends in Ann Arbor and Saline. Miss Myra Spafard has returned from New York for a summer's vacation. Mrs. Arthnr Lowery went to Kansas last Wednesday to see her mother who is veiy ill. Peter Ryan, who has been atteuding the Sandwich college, Ont. , came home Thnrsday for his vacation. Last Friday afternoon Mr. N. H. Hongh feil from a ladder in the barn and was severely braised. A box social was held at the M. E. parsonage Wednesday evening. A vmusical program was rendered. ; Rev. Waíter Burnette, a gradúate of Albion college, preacbed at the M. E. churoh Sunday morning and evening. The Misses Amanda Sohoettle, Anna Marx and Enima Scbaible went to Ann Arbor Friday to visit their friend Miss Anna Bruegel. Gust Kuhl, wbo bas been attending the U. of M. the past three years, gradnated from the dental dupartment last week. His many friends wish him sucoess. The Misses Marie and Julia Kirchhofer left Monday for Milwaukee, Wis., tu attend the National Educational Apgooiation. On tbeir retnrn they will visit relatives in Chioagu.
