Mrs. Brogau brings her suit for divorce on tbe gronnds of extreme oruelty. Mrs. Brogan has also secured a writ of iujuuotion restraining hiin from in any way interfering with her house, bonsebold effects or pioperty couuected with her greenhouse located on S. Univerity ave. The return day of the writ is Aug. 3.
