The probatiug of tfce alleged last will and testament of Miss Mollie Benuett, of Ypsilanti, is likely to be prodnctive of a very interesting legal fight. Adruiaistrator Graves says that after the incumbrances on the estáte are cleaned up it will inventor.v between $4,000 and $5,000. He bas already outlined bis plan of defense. He says: "I dispute the authenticity of the document and my contention will be that it was never executed by Mollie Beunett. In the first place I have a witness who is willing to swear that he was offered $1,000 to sign such a document last spring. Then you will notice that on tbis document one of the witnesses' naines appears as Albert Knapp. Now I do not dispute but that Mr. Kuapp signed a will, but I do contend that he did not sign this one. My reasods? Why, bless you. Mr. Knapp's, name is not 'Albert Knapp,' but 'Alfred 3, Knapp,' and be told me him self that he signed bis name 'Alfred J. Knapp' to the will he witnessed."
