Richmond, Ir.d., July 20. - Judge Fox of the Wayne cour.ty circuit court Tuf sday declared uneonstitutional the Indiana statute of 1895 providing that no convict made goods from other states can be sold without a state license and bond of $5,000. The law also required that the goods be labeled "convict made." The case of Wllllam H. Porter, salesman of the Frankfort Chair company, will be carried to the supreme court.
