Charles Dougberty, of Ypsilanti, s advertising for the heirs of John mith, deoeased, who was born in Yp8ianti ia 1840 and after becorning a oung mm worked at tbe briekmaking rade. He went to Pennsylvania in 862, where he entered the ariny. After the war closed he went to the Paine coast aud frorn there to Arizona where he died five years ago. There is a big fortune awaiting these leirs, aocoidiug to Mr. Dougherty's tory, which was made by Smith ia Atizona, and no one has yet claimed it.
