Chattanooga, Tenn., Aug. 3.- Samuel Blair one of Chattnooga's olüest and wealthiest citizens, was found dead in a bath tub at hls residence in East South street Tuesday morning with his throat cut from ear to ear. A bloody razor lying beside the tug showed how the deed had been committed. Mr. Blair was considerably worried by business troubles lately and this is supposed to have caused him to take his llfe.
