San Francisco, Aug. 3. - The most conflichng accounts come as to the condition of the Chilkoot pass. Some reports have it that snow has already tallen and the passage has become dangerous, and that it is already blockaded with merchandise awatting transportation over. Other reports almost directly contradict this.
