Luetgert To Be Tried Aug. 23

Chicago, Aug. 10.- The trial of Adolph lyuetgert, charged with the murder of Louisa Luetgert, his wife, will begin before Judge Tuthill Monday, Aug. 23. A conference between State's Attorney Deneen, Assistant State's Attorney McEwen and the attorneys for the defense - Messrs. Vincent, Tripp and Phalen - resulted in this arrangement Tuesday morning, and the big sausage maker will accordingly begin his battle for life in less than a fortnight.
