Admiral Ricard Honored

Newport, R. I., Aug. 10. - A magniflcent ball was given Monday night at the Casino in honor of Rear Admiral Ricard, commander of the North Atlantic squadron, and the officers of the battleships Iowa, Maine, Brooklyn and Massachusetts, the flagship New York and the monitor Puritan. The grounds about the Casino were beautifully decorated and three bands furnished the music.
