Fr. Heidenreich went to Cincinnati, O., last Wednesday. Mr. StaDger, of Ann Arbor, has been ;he guest ot Mrs. Knenzler. 3Si. Schmid and family went to their cottage at Sand Lake Tnesday af ternoon for a two weeks' outing. The ladies of the St. Mary's chnrcb gave a pionio in Sohmid's grove yestetday afternoon and evening. Misses Tillie and Katie Neumann left for Detroit Satnrday from there they take the boat to Toledo and Cleveland where tbey will visit relatives. Among those who went toAnn Arbor Wednesday evening to take the teachers' examination are Clarence Berger, Anna Unterkirchei, Flora Saley and Ellenoie Lehn. Those who went to Niágara Falls on the exoursion from here last Friday wera Prof. and Mrs. Essery, Mr. and Mrs. Steinkobl and son, JVIrs. Jaoquemain and danghter Anna, Misses Allie Lazell and Bessie Torrey. The annnal mission festival was held at Emanuel's church last Sunday whioh was largely attended. Revs. Bnehler, of Adrián, Alber, of Battle Creek, Kuelbiog, of Dexter, Wildi, of Francisoo, Irion, of Freedom, and Sohreiber, of Saline, were present.
