Miners At Decatur At Work

Decatur, Ilis., Aug. 17. - The mines in this city were operated with ful] forcé yesterday. There are a few of the mip er= who have not been working fcr sev eral days, but most all were at work At one ?haft more men were employee than for some time past. Sorae of the out-of-town miners who came here to persuade the Decatur miners to stop werk have gone home, and the ethers are about the city. They had an opportunity of conferring with the local miners Sunday and it now remains with the Deeaiur men whether or not they wil strike.
