On Tnesday afternon, at the home of the hride's tnother Airs. H. L. Richards, of 75 E. Hnron 8t., Mr. Harry ColemaD, editor and proprietor of the Oakland Connty Post, Pontiao, wa qnietly married to Miss Ann Loomi Riohards. Only the relatives and intĂ­mate friends of the young people were present at the ceremony which was performed by Rev. J. M. Gelston Mr. and Mrs. Coleman lefc the same evening for a wedding trip to Denver Salt Lake City and other vrestern points. On their return they will re side in Pontiac, where Mr. Coleman has a fine home all ready for tha recep tion of bis bride. Both Air. Coleman and Miss Riob ards are well known in this city, par ticularly aruong tne students of the U of M. Miss Richards graduated from the literary department with the class of '95, and was chosen to make the presentationaddressof the class memorial, a bust of President AngelĂ­, anc whioh was recognized as a very able efifort. She was also prominent in the work of the Wcman's League. Por' the past year she had taught mathematics in the high school at Pontiac. She is also a writer of more than usual ability. Mr. Colernan %vhen in college was actively preparing himself for his ohosen work as a newspaper man and was for a time the managing editor of the U. of M. Daily. After leaving college he was for a time connected with one of the Detroit papers and later pnrohased an interest in the Oakland Connty Post, the whole of wbich business he has sinoe acquired. His work as a snccessful and brainy young newspaper man is well known and appreciated in Oakland connty and elsewhere and he and bis yonng bride enter npon their future lire with the brightest of prospects. The Argus extends to Mr. Coleman and bis bride the best wishes which a long acquaintanoe with him inspires, and trusts that their future in life will be of the pleasantest and most prosperous kind.
