Miss Anna Bruegel, of Ann Arbor, is visiting friends in town. Mr. and Airs. Herbert Earle, of Adrián, are visiting at Milo Rowe's. Mr. and Mrs. Engene Waite, of Grand Eapids, are visiting nis father O. A. Waite. Elmer E. Stark came home from Sonth Carolina last Thursday to visit his motber. A nnmber of the C. E. of this place drove to Ann Arbor Wednesday to atten the C. E. oonvention. Mrs. B. Ityan and daugher Mrs. B. Murphy, of Detroit, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Kelly. Mr. and Mrs. Barrett Robinson, of Boston, Mass., arrived, here last week to vieit friends and relatives. George Wallace and family, of Milwaukee, Wis., are in town for a visit with his fatber M. B. Wallace. Mrs. T. B. Bailey and daughter Cynthia went to Toledo Wednesday to visit Dr. and Mrs F. A. Kotts. Peter Ryan, who has spent his vaca ion at home retnrned to Sandwioh, Ont. , Monday, to resume his studies. Mrs. M. T. Ryan and little daughter, of Jackson, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Myers, at the Preeman house. Mr. and Mrs. H. Kirchhofer, daugh;er Batha, and Mr. Nate Sohmid drove to Soio Wednesday to attend the funeral of Mrs. Laubengayer. There will be no service at Emanuel's church next Sunday as Rev. G. Schoetle goes to Adrián to preach at the mission festival held in that city. Mrs. C. J. Robinson and Mrs. C. W. Case gave a reoeption last Friday afternoon from 3 to 6 at Mrs. Case's home n honor of Mrs. Barrett Robinson.
