Agitating Rich Hill Miners

Rich Hill, Mo., Aug. 24.- Walking delegates have been here secretly agitating a Btrike araong Rich Hill miners, but there is little disposition on the part oí the miners to go out at the present time. Some of the old-timers claim, however, that a week's agitation would result in a general walkout. Opinions are divided as to what might happen in case oí trouble in Kansas.
