Washtenaw County Fair Notes

The only way that the Fair Society can give so much for 25 cents is that it tries to please and draw the ciowds of people. The school premiums given by the Fair Society are better than ever tbis year. It will be well for teachers and school boards ta look after them and come to the fair with the intentiou of winning. The fair men have secnred sever,al special attractious for the fair and are still negotiating for more. They propase to givfi more special features this year than have ever been given on any grounds in the state. If yon have not received a premium list of the county fair, send to F. E. Mills, secretary, for one, or cali at the office over Wahr & Miller's shoe store, 48 S. Main st., Aun Arbor, then arrange to make enfries in all the departments and get the fine premiums. The great fair to be held at Ann Arbor, Sept. 18, 29, 30, and Oct. 1, wil] be all that its friends can ask for. The general superintendent has the work well in hand and is trying to acommodate all exhibitors without building, but he could use more room.
