The Handsomest Badge

At the convention of the Women's Reliei Corps there was a great variety of badges sbowu frotn the difiEerent States. The delegates had them in all colors of the raiubow. There ?as one, however, which was conceded to be the best and haudsoruest in design and finish of any seeo. The badge was woru by the Michigan delegation and had as a center piece a Michigan rose. The design and esecution of this work of art belongs to Mrs. Florence 8. Babbitt, of Ypsilanti, senior vice president of the department of Michigan.
