Sold Liquor Labor Day

Erüil Golz, Michael Schaible, J. G. Fred Schmidt and Oswald Dietz were arrested Wednesday afternooa by Marshal Sweet and his deputies charged with a violation of the liquor iaws in keeping their saloons open on Laboi1 Day, Monday, Sept. 6, which was a legal holiday. They were taken tifore Justice Duffy and the cases were adjomoed until yestsrday, wben Schmidt and Schaible waived examiuatiou and were bound over to tbe circuit court. Golz and Dietz wil] have their exarnioation Sept. 23. This is the second tune within three months thatcomplaint has bsen rnade against Dietz.
