The Norrnan-Euglish laws enacted that a leper had neither power to sue in any court nor to inherit property. During his lifetime he was perraitted to enjoy the usufruot of any property in his poasession at the time he was ' 'found guilty," so to speak, of leprosy, but all cights of disposition over it he lost.
