San Francisco, Sept. 14. - The jury Ín the Angua-Craven case has failed to agree, standing 8 to 4 for Mrs. Craven. Just before midnight the jurors carne into court and announced their inability to arrlve at a decisión. They were then discharged by Judge Slack. Attorney Mitchell made a motion that the case be submitted to the chancellor without further advice from a Jury and Judge Slack remarked that he could see no use of wasting more time. It was finally agreed, however, that he would hear additional arguments. Judge Slack later decided the case in favor of the plaintiffs, the heirs of the late Senator Fair.
