Husband Wouldn't Pay The Fine

Oshkosh, Wis., Sept. 21.- Mr. and Mrs. William Goddard, the latter an old resident and possessecf ■ of considerable means, werë tried in the municipal court on the charge of disorderly conduct. Mrs. Goddard was convicted and fined $5 and costs amqunting to $36.15. She could not pay, herhusbandwouldn't and she went to jail for thirty days.
