Will Build The Barn

The purchase by A. H. Holmes, the livery rnan, of the piece of property between the residences owned by Col. H. S. Dean and Dr. J. N. Martiu on E. Liberty st, and which created such a stir aruong the residents of that ueighborhood, found its way iuto the circuit court on Satnrday wheu Col. Dean and Mr. Martiu applied for an injunction to restraiD Mr. Holmes ftom bnilding a livery barn on the property he had purchasB. A. J. Sawyer argned the case for the plaintiffs and Martin J. Cavanangh for the defendant, and a large portion of Saturday was given np to the hearing by Jndge Kinue. At tbe conclnsion of the hearing the judge took the matter nnder advisement and on Monday he rendered a decisión denying the injunction. Mr. Holmes wil! go on with the erection of nis barn whicb will be three stories high aud built of brick.
