Estáte of John Ryan. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COÜNTV OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court tor the County o f Wasbtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ana Arbor, on Wed aesday, the 16th day of ■ temberin the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven. Present, H. Wirt Newklrk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John Ryan, deceased. Caspar Rinsey trustee of the last will and testament of said doeeased, comes into court and represents that he is now propared to render bis annual account as suoh tmstee. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the 12th day of October next, at 1U o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the devisees. leg-atees and heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are reqüired to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said Couiity, and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said trustoe gire notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be pubHshed in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. At a session of the Probate Coart for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the Tth day of September, in the year one thoiuand eight hupdred and ninetyseven. Present, II. WIRT NEWKIRK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John Hagen, deceased. On reading and filing the petition. duly verifled, of Frank Hagen, praying that admiuistration of said estáte may be rranted to Jacol" Hagen or some other suitable person. , . Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the fltli day of October, next, at ]0 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and thát ihe heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interester! in said estáte, are reqüired to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show caue, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. DEFAULT HAVING DEEN JIAUE IN THE conditiorjs of a certain mortgage (whereby the power of sale therein contained has beconiu operatlve) made and executed by Conrad Lehn and Catherine Lehn, his wife, of the first part, to Henry Smith.of thesecond part, hearing date the 8th day of March, A. D. 1.S9U, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, in and for the County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan, on the 12th day of March, A. D. ]S90, in Liber IA of tnortgages on page :J58, and the sum of f..ur thousand three hundred and niuety-eight and seventytwo hundredths dollars being now claimed to be due upon the debt secured by said mortgage, and no suit haring' heen instituted at law to recover the debt so secured or any part thereof. Lewis. praylng that a certain instrument now on file in this Court purportlng to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate and that administratiou of said estáte may be granted to Newton A. Lewis the executor in said will uamed, orto some other suitablo person.
